IACRA - Help and Information

MyAccess Information

In order to comply with FAA Order 1370.105, Logical Access Control Policy, FAA employees can now use their Personal Identify Verification (PIV) cards to login to IACRA. To use a PIV card with IACRA you must have both of the following :
  • An FAA email address (some.name@faa.gov) saved in your IACRA User Profile.
  • A fully provisioned PIV card.
More information about using MyAccess and your PIV card can be found in the  MyAccess User Guide. Follow the Instructions to use MyAccess with the Firefox browser.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EMAIL ADDRESSES
  • Users with faa.gov email addresses, but lacking fully provisioned PIV cards, must change their email address in their IACRA User Profile to a non faa.gov address or they will be unable to log into IACRA.
  • Users without faa.gov email addresses should continue to log in as before.
